Privacy Policy

Firelit Design, LLC ("Firelit") collects information from customers and visitors. Here is a summary of the information collected and how it is used.

1. Payment Information. The information entered during through the online and offline payment systems is used to verify the account holder's identity and prevent fraud. Firelit may infrequently send additional information to past customers via provided email or postal address. Contact information is never sold or otherwise available to any 3rd parties. Customers can opt-out of any future correspondence by contacting Firelit. Sensitive payment information (e.g., account numbers) are never stored in databases or logs in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
2. Cookies. Cookies are stored on client/visitor web browsers for two reasons. (1) The first is to keep your shopping cart and checkout secure (if applicable). (2) The second is to anonymously track website use. This allows Firelit to constantly improve the customer website experience. Firelit uses Google Analytics for anonymously tracking website usage. 3. Logs. End-user Internet Protocol (IP) addresses and other browser data sent to Firelit is stored in administrative logs. This pseudo-anonymous information is kept private and secure. It will only be used in the case of abuse or tracking website issues that may arise.

Refunds

Firelit takes steps to ensure that customers are well informed before making any payments. Firelit is dedicated to making sure clients receive exactly what they pay for. Firelit clients have the right to not make the final payment if a deposit was previously made and they believe the final product is substantially different from that which was proposed. However, once payment has been rendered or product delivered, Firelit provides no refunds. All sales are final.
